Adventure Hospitality

True growth and development are achieved by stepping out of the comfort zone. At The City School, we believe in exposing our students to various cultures and nationalities, by encouraging them to travel around the world and participate in international competitions.

Youth Ambassadorship

Our students represent Pakistan through debates, public speaking, and entrepreneurship competitions in the USA, the Middle East, the UK and other European countries Participation in such activities helps students develop leadership qualities and widen their horizons.

International Educational Trips

The City School regularly sends students to Europe, the United States of America, and the Middle East. International trips give exposure to different cultures, experiences, and real-life situations. It also provides our students with endless opportunities to improve their personal development, such as confidence, self-esteem, leadership, and independent thinking.

During these trips, students can attend short courses, attend summer camps, or participate in academic activities.

Leisure & Cultural Tours (International)

The City School students make excursion trips across the world regularly. These trips involve: football and netball match at Kennington Oval; throw ball matches at Whales Sports Festival; Students Olympics International in Malaysia; football competitions in Turkey; Kennedy Space Centre NASA; and Climate & Technology events in Dubai.

On these trips, the students also visit museums, parks, shopping malls, and historical places. These exciting memories help build their personalities and develop life-long friendships and memories while preparing them for future challenges.

Youth Leadership

Youth Leadership

MUNs

MUNs, both national and international, play a key role in developing communication skills, critical thinking, and confidence among students at a young age. It gives them exposure to real-world problems and scenarios where judges critique them on a range of skills, including speaking, critical analysis, presentation, and Q&A responses.

In recent years, our students have won the ‘Best Diplomacy Award’ at the International Youth Alliance Model United Nations (IYAMUN) and several other accolades in other competitions, including Shaheed Tahira Qazi Inter-regional Model United Nations, Sonnu Rehman All-Pakistan Junior National Debating Championship, Aitchison Business Concept Money, Lahore University of Management Sciences Model United Nations, and many more.

The Cityzenship

The Cityzenship

Our students regularly participate in community development work and social awareness activities, which induces the desire to give back to society.

Together We Grow – Tree Plantation Drive

We at The City School celebrate World Earth Day to raise awareness about the importance of environmental protection. ‘Together We Grow’ has been an important campaign slogan for our tree plantation drives across Pakistan. In this activity, students plant trees at their campuses, parks, and venues dedicated by campuses, while Punjab Horticulture Authority (PHA), and Waste Management Authority (WMA) ensure impactful community work.

At these events, community leaders such as the Provincial Minister of Culture, DG PHA, Director PHA, and CEO WMA attend to motivate and appreciate students’ efforts.

Appreciation Cards for Front Line Workers

Our students are keen to recognise the efforts of front-line workers in health care especially during difficult times of Covid-19. To appreciate them, our students make “Thank You” cards for doctors, nurses, paramedic staff, etc. as a token of gratitude and love.

Dustbin Drive

Dustbin Drives are a continuation of our rigorous community work efforts in which we place dustbins at various public places including parks, streets, museums, etc. The purpose of such campaigns is to ensure the cleanliness of our environment and to teach our students the importance of community work.
