The Ministry of Water Resources, through the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR), organised a Pakistan Water Week 2022 International Conference in October where students of The City School DHA Campus secured 1st position. The theme of the conference was the Role of Water-Food-Energy and Ecosystem Nexus for a Climate Resilient Pakistan. A total of 37 students participated in the competition from various institutions like Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute, NUML University Faisalabad campus, NUML University Islamabad campus, NUST University, UET Taxila University, Comsats WAH Campus. Students from the Beaconhouse School System and The City School Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Sawabi campuses were also a part of the competition.
