Our dedicated team of highly qualified teachers and on-campus career counsellors work in close collaboration with parents to provide a holistic learning experience for students, enabling them to make better-informed career decisions that maximise individual capabilities and workplace needs.

Counselling, Alumni & Placement Services (CAPS)

The CAPS team works for the holistic development of our students in Classes 8 to 11 by providing opportunities for self-development, for example, volunteer work, internships, participation in local and international competitions, and summer programmes.
The Guidance Counsellor at school evaluates students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, counselling sessions and individual education plans.
The Guidance Counsellor works with the instructor, student and parents to choose the right subject combinations, thus ensuring the long-term career success of our TCS students.
