ISLAMABAD: The University of Warwick (UK) recently launched its ‘IGGY’ program in Pakistan, which is a social network designed to help talented students from around the world realize their full potential. It gives members access to great educational resources and encourages them to work with top academics and other gifted young people of various nationalities, ethnicities and cultures.
70 children from The City School were identified and accepted by the IGGY team as gifted students. After a rigorous worldwide competition, Danish Farid was ultimately selected as Junior Commissioner, who will represent Pakistan on an international forum. He will go to the University of Warwick and then to Washington D.C. to learn more about culture and politics.
