The critical question arising in relation to the training process is how to ensure the transfer of learning from the classroom/workshop to the place of work. The City School has a well-structured and systematic follow-up framework, providing support to trainees on a one-on-one basis and through online interactive forums.
We have a highly capable team of 70 coaches, trained by UK experts. The strongest aspect of this framework is that each coach has also had previous training in the skill areas they are allocated (from Early Years to the Secondary school classrooms). Moreover, an online support system has also been launched for trainees. The innovation has created substantial excitement amongst the trainees and a significant amount of information exchange is taking place on the community page, benefiting all participants of the training.
